Well pleased with the prompt service and help I received from Adrija in registering a business name. I was advised of a conflict that could possibly occur with the first 3 names that I picked, and the suggestion was to submit 3 more new names. It was Thursday afternoon, so I took the weekend to think about 3 more new names and handed them in on Monday to get the Greenlight on the 1st name I picked back by Tuesday.

My experience with IncorpMaster is incredibly amazing. I just had my business incorporated with IncorpMaster and the process was extremely simple. Special thanks to Adrija for her help! She explained everything clearly and the entire process was done within 2 hours, from submission and payment to being incorporated. Will definitely be heading back to IncorpMaster for our future DBA names and other registrations.

Pros: Easy step by step guide. Fast turnaround timesCons: This company has terrible customer service and does not perform its due diligence around incorporation and provincial regulations. The business model is only about trying to get you to spend the most amount of money, no actual support for your business needs.Next time I would spend my money at another service provider.

I am not the kind of person to write reviews twice, however I couldn’t stop myself from doing for them. I had registered for a domain name with them, along with my company’s other paperwork. Payment done, registration of domain done, and the next day I realized I want a different name. Completely my fault and didn’t think it was possible to make any changes ( read it online). Tried my luck and called them. They were so helpful and so prompt , to my surprise within 1 hour the changes were made. I would really recommend their service specially to the new business owners who have no idea how to go about the process.

Fast service. I have visited their office, though they don't take walk in clients. Their by laws and minutebook is much properly done because I spoke to their lawyer and he explained why by laws and minutebook must be set up correctly. Good service
